Return Policy

If you received your order, and are not satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the date of your purchase, subject to the below limitations.

Making it Real by Gigi offers a 15-day return policy on jewelry. All items must be returned in their original packaging to 4 Cabra Lane, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909.

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for shipping costs of all returns. All returned items subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original invoice is required for return. 

Nonreturnable/Non-exchangeable items include used items; special orders; final sale items; and clearance items.

Please call us at 601-954-5082 to schedule a return or exchange, or email us at MakingItRealbyGigi@gmail.com. After returning, Making It Real by Gigi must be receive the product in an undamaged condition in order to issue a refund and/or exchange. Please prepare the product for return properly to insure it arrives for return in an undamaged condition and remains eligible for refund and/or exchange. After the returned items have been received, they will be inspected, and after approved, a refund will be issued.
